Surveys
Surveys people finish
Most survey tools tell you what the people who finished said. The interesting question is usually about the ones who didn't — which question lost them, and how long they spent staring at it before they closed the tab.
Two modes from one form
The same questions render as a conversational, one-at-a-time flow or as a single page. Switch between them with a radio button and see which your audience finishes.
Drop-off per question
The funnel shows views, starts and completions; per-question drop-off shows exactly where they went. It's usually one question, and it's usually not the one you'd guess.
No cookie banner
Analytics on public forms are cookieless. Sessions are a daily-rotating hash, raw IP addresses are discarded at the handler, and there are no third-party trackers — so there's nothing to consent to.
Partial answers are kept
Someone who answers six of ten questions and leaves has still told you six things. Those are captured on every plan; reading them is a Pro feature.
Start from a template
Each of these is a working form. Clone one and it's an editable draft in your workspace.
Market research
Who they are, what they use now, and what it costs them.
Employee engagement
An anonymous pulse check, with the questions that predict leaving.
Exit survey
Why they're leaving, asked in a way that gets an honest answer.
Cancellation survey
One question, asked at the moment of cancelling.
Community survey
For residents, members or anyone with a shared interest.
Customer feedback
A rating, the reason behind it, and permission to follow up.
Questions people ask
- Is there a response limit?
- The free plan takes 5,000 responses a month per workspace. Over that, responses are still accepted and still stored — they're never thrown away — but reading the ones beyond the limit needs an upgrade.
- Can I run an anonymous survey?
- Yes. Don't ask for identifying details, and turn off per-response notifications if you've promised anonymity — a real-time email containing one response is not anonymous, whatever the form says.
- Can I compare two periods?
- On Pro, yes — the analytics tab compares a date range with the one before it. Free shows the last seven days.
