A quiz is a form with arithmetic in it. Put points on the answers, and CrispForms keeps a running score as someone answers — then finishes them on whichever ending their score earns. No add-on, no separate quiz product, and the same builder as everything else.
Points live on the answers
Open a question, type a number next to each option. That's the whole setup — there are no rules to write, and a twenty-question quiz is twenty numbers rather than twenty conditions.
The score is a variable you can use anywhere
Show it live with a calculated field, branch on it, or route to a different ending for each band. It's the same variable throughout, so what the respondent sees and what you store can never disagree.
Different results for different scores
Outcomes are checked in order and the first match wins, so 'eight or more', 'five or more', 'everyone else' reads exactly like it behaves.

The analytics show per-question drop-off and, on Pro, how long each one took. A question everyone gets wrong and a question everyone abandons look very different, and you need both.

- Can I show the score to the person taking the quiz?
- Yes. Add a calculated value block and reference the score variable, and it updates as they answer. You can also show it only on the ending screen.
- Can different scores lead to different results?
- Yes. Add an ending screen for each result and an outcome rule per band. Rules are evaluated in order and the first one that matches decides where the respondent lands.
- Is scoring a paid feature?
- No. Scoring, logic, every block type and unlimited forms are on the free plan. Pro removes the CrispForms badge and adds custom domains, email automations and enhanced analytics.
- Can I stop people retaking it?
- Partly, and honestly: you can set a response cap, close the form on a date, or put a password on it. What you can't do without accounts is stop a determined person opening it in a new browser — no form builder can.
