Is the free plan a trial?

No. It's free permanently, with no card and no countdown. Free forms show a small CrispForms badge, and that's the main thing you're paying to remove.

What counts as a response?

A completed submission. Partial responses — where someone starts but doesn't finish — are captured for your drop-off analytics but don't count against your monthly limit.

What happens if I go over 1,000 responses in a month?

Your forms keep accepting responses. We don't block submissions, because the person that punishes is your respondent, not you. We'll email you, the extra responses are held until you upgrade, and there's a ceiling at twice the limit to prevent abuse.

Is Pro per user or per workspace?

Per workspace. Upgrade a workspace and every form in it loses the branding and gains the Pro features, for everyone on the team. We don't charge per seat.

How much does paying yearly save?

$200 instead of $240 — 17% off, which works out at 2 months free. That's the whole difference: no minimum term, no other prices change, and you can still cancel whenever you like.

What happens if I cancel?

Your forms keep working and keep collecting responses. The CrispForms badge comes back and custom domains stop resolving. We never delete your data because a subscription lapsed.

Do you offer refunds?

No — payments and renewals are final. That's the trade for a free plan with no time limit and no card: take as long as you like on it before you pay anything, and you'll know exactly what you're buying. Cancel whenever you want and you won't be charged again, with Pro running to the end of the period you've paid for.
