Applications
Applications that arrive complete
An application form is a form where an incomplete submission costs both sides a week. Required fields, steps and file uploads mean what arrives is what you asked for, and the response view means reading it doesn't mean opening six attachments.
Steps, not scrolling
Break a long form into sections with page breaks. Progress is visible, which measurably matters on anything over about ten questions.
Files where they belong
CVs, portfolios and certificates upload straight into the response, up to 10 MB each on the free plan and 100 MB on Pro.
A response view worth reading
Every answer laid out in order, multiple-choice questions showing all the options with the chosen one marked. Export any of it to PDF with one click.
Save and resume
A long application is rarely finished in one sitting. On Pro, respondents get a link that brings their answers back.

Questions people ask
- How big can uploaded files be?
- 10 MB per file on the free plan, 100 MB on Pro, with 100 MB of total storage free and 10 GB on Pro. The limit is enforced by the upload policy, not just in the browser.
- Can applicants come back later?
- With save and resume, which is a Pro feature, yes — they get a link that restores what they'd entered.
- Can I export applications?
- Yes. CSV for the whole set, and PDF for an individual application, on every plan.
