Create your first form
From signing up to a live form somebody can answer.
The short version
A form goes live in four steps: create it, add questions, publish it, share the link. Nothing before Publish is visible to anyone else.
- 1From your dashboard, press New form and give it a name. The name is for you — respondents see the title you set in the builder.
- 2Add questions with the Add block button. Drag them to reorder; the order in the sidebar is the order people answer them.
- 3Press Publish. This freezes a copy of the form as it is now, and that copy is what respondents see.
- 4Open the Share tab and copy the link.
Edits after publishing don't reach respondents until you publish again. The builder shows an 'unpublished changes' badge when the two have drifted apart.
Starting from a template
A template is a real form rather than a picture of one. Cloning it creates an ordinary draft in your workspace with the questions, logic, scoring and theme already set up, and you edit it exactly like anything else.
