Cookie Policy
Short, because there isn't much to declare.

On published forms: none
A form you publish with CrispForms sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Our analytics work by hashing the visitor’s IP and user-agent with a salt that rotates daily — described in full in our Privacy Policy.
This is why you do not need a cookie consent banner on a CrispForms form. It was a design goal, not an accident.
The single exception is save and resume. If you switch it on, we store one token in the respondent’s browser so they can return to a part-finished form. It is strictly necessary for a feature the respondent opted into, and it holds no tracking identifier.
In the CrispForms app
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session | Keeps you signed in | 30 days |
| Theme | Remembers light or dark mode | Until cleared |
Both are strictly necessary. Neither is used for advertising.
On our marketing pages
These pages use Google Analytics so we can see which pages help people and which don’t. It sets cookies to count visits. You can opt out with any standard browser control or tracker blocker, and nothing on this site will break.
Marketing analytics never run on your published forms — only on pages we own, like this one.
