Telling someone when a response arrives, or replying to the respondent.

What you can send

An email to yourself or your team when a response arrives, a receipt to the respondent, or a message to any address you choose.

Every plan includes one automation per form, so a form is never silently collecting answers. More than one is a Pro feature.

Personalising it

Insert any answer with a variable pill. A receipt can be a short message or a full summary of what they submitted, and on Pro it can carry a PDF of their response.

Sending later, or only sometimes

A Pro feature: delay a send by a set time, or attach conditions so it only goes out when the answers match. A delayed email counts against your monthly allowance at the moment it actually sends.
