CrispForms provides a platform for creating, managing, and collecting responses from online forms. Our service includes form building tools, data collection, integrations with third-party services, and analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or insider trading. You may not use our service to collect sensitive personal information without proper consent.
You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.
We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
In no event shall CrispForms be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
