1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with CrispForms within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds are only available for the first billing cycle of a new subscription. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@crispforms.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless within the 30-day guarantee period.

6. Free Trial Conversions

If you started with a free trial and converted to a paid plan, the 30-day refund period begins from the date of your first paid subscription, not from the start of your free trial.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or have been suspended for policy violations. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of our refund policy.

8. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions cannot be refunded but can be cancelled to prevent future renewals.

Add-on services and one-time purchases may have different refund terms. Please contact our support team for specific information about refunds for additional services.
